The Telecom Analyst is responsible for the telecommunications solutions for Corporate, acting as a subject matter expert for voice services. This position works closely with all departments to provide excellent service to our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Manages the day to day operations for the telecommunication systems for the corporate campus and all corporate locations.
  • Coordinates with internal teams for all projects related to telecommunications needs.
  • Manages vendor relationships for voice services vendors
  • Takes an active role in improving the department by addressing issues timely and thoroughly.
  • Identifies methods for better work performance, ways to improve products and/or services, etc.
  • Partners with the various departments for the on-boarding needs of personnel and new locations.
  • Constantly improves the uptime and documentation of the telecommunications products



  • Carrier Management experience preferred.
  • Remote Troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of voice technology.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.


  • 3 – 5 years' experience in the telecommunications industry or similar role
  • 3 – 5 years' experience with medium to large telecommunications solutions

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, repetitive use (or motion) of arms and hands, bend and stoop, and lift up to 10 pounds.
