Data Analysis and Insight Generation

  • Conduct thorough analyses using analytical tools to uncover trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights from complex data sets across digital, marketing and technology operations.
  • Develop and refine analytical models and reporting systems that enhance decision-making and support strategic initiatives across international and UK markets.
  • Create compelling and clear presentations that summarize findings and present insights in a way that influences strategic planning and operational adjustments.

Standards Development and Best Practices

  • Design and distribute templates and playbooks that standardize best practices in data analysis across international teams.
  • Establish benchmarks and performance metrics to guide and measure the effectiveness of digital and technology strategies.
  • Ensure consistency and high standards in analytical practices across the organization, serving as the benchmark for quality and thoroughness.

Training and Development

  • Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance the analytical skills of team members in UK and international markets.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all teams can conduct high-level analysis and use advanced analytical tools effectively.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the data analysis community at Papa John’s.

Technology and Data Architecture Requirements

  • Participate in the creation of requirements and evaluation for new technologies and data tools that can enhance analytical capabilities and business insights.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases for data and other technology investments, contributing key KPIs, insights and ROI modelling.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing data reporting and insight generation practices to ensure they are scalable, secure, and capable of supporting the company’s growth and data needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital, marketing, technology, and other business units to ensure data insights are integrated into all aspects of business planning and execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure data-driven decisions are understood and implemented.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to provide data-backed insights and recommendations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
