Job Summary

The Director, Financial Systems Admin (ERP)  is responsible for the administration, technical development, and maintenance of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite of cloud applications. System responsibilities initially starting with Planning. Responsibilities include analysis, design and development of application components in addition to proactively identifying enhancement opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

  • Understand, interpret and transform business problems, opportunities and requirements for recommending Oracle EPM solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • Technical development and enhancement of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Platform including Financial Close and Consolidation, Planning, and Account Reconciliation. 
  • Technical implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex calculation manager rules tasks, metadata, forms, Smart View templates, reports and automation scripts
  • Manage integration and automation of data flow between Oracle EPM and various systems
  • Work with IT on ongoing backups, disaster recovery, application maintenance, patching, development, testing and implementation of application enhancements.
  • Provide customer service to end users to aid and guide general users on matters such as system access, SmartView troubleshooting and general system Q&A.
  • Monitor performance of application
  • Conduct regression testing upon Oracle monthly system update
  • Support Finance teams during special projects, restatements and month-end close
  • Partner with key super users to develop and evolve the applications within the suite while ensuring a stable, productive environment
  • Manage security requests and maintain EPM security groups
  • Validate data across source and EPM systems as needed
  • Support onboarding of new acquisitions, as necessary.
