Papa John's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to help manage all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure that quality customer service and products are being delivered to our customers. We are looking for leaders! Successful candidates should demonstrate exemplary operational skills, be customer-focused and a team-oriented leader.

Some other skills you will need -- judgment, basic math and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include cost controls, inventory control, cash control, staffing, scheduling, and customer relations. You will also help in the restaurant's daily routines, such as pizza making and taking orders, interact with customers, and act as quality control. This person will ensure customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to all company standards. Essentially, all the key elements of running a profitable restaurant.

Additional Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work with phones, computers, keyboards, touch screens, and fax machines.
• Basic math and ability to execute cash management duties.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior Papa John's work experience a plus.
• Above all, you must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and committed to great customer service.
