Compensation Analyst


The Compensation Analyst participates in compensation surveys, coordinates job descriptions, analyzes survey data, and participates in special projects. He/she supports development and communication of compensation policies, processes and programs Ensure through audits, reports and personal contact that compensation programs and practices are consistently administered in compliance with Papa John’s policies and government regulations. 

  • Research complex compensation issues and prepare recommendations related to compensation analysis, planning and strategy. 
  • Provide support in the design, implementation, administration, and documentation of all compensation programs – base, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • As directed, participate in general industry and industry specific compensation surveys; interpret data, make recommendations and proposals, and determine the organizations competitive position. 
  • Support the compiling, analyzing and interpreting of job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Perform exempt and non-exempt analysis.
  • Recommend plan design changes, which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
  • Provide education and training to clients and HR staff on compensation policies and programs.
  • Keep apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
