Director Product Marketability/Commercialization


Job Summary

The Director, Product Marketability & Commercialization is responsible for ensuring all new product and process initiatives have a plan for successful deployment. This role leads all product testing in collaboration with the culinary team to ensure successful deployment to the restaurants.  He/she collaborates with a cross-functional teams to establish effective decision-making, guide and direct restaurant innovation efforts for optimized product launches. 

The purpose of this role is design and communicate successful deployment of all new product launches for optimized restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for both corporate and restaurant implementations for new product launches for optimized operations. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand the balance between customer satisfaction and profitability on new product launches. 
  • Evaluate organizational readiness for new implementations and upgrades and recommend mitigation when necessary 
  • Research and benchmark best practices for new product launches and evaluate previous launches for organizational learning 
  • Guide product marketability team to ensure the best product to market launch and sustained operational efficiencies for both corporate and franchise restaurants.
