THIS IS A CORPORATE POSITION
The Development Equipment Coordinator will report directly to the Sr. Development Equipment Manager. This position will maintain a strong working relationship with Development, Legal & Finance teams. Conducting administrative tasks as it relates to Corporate and Franchisee New Stores, Remodels and Replacements.
Responsibilities
- Develops the current and long-term equipment documentation systems that capture the complete functional specification, international alternatives and exceptions across all markets.
- Tracks, verifies and manages Franchise incentive programs per project. Partnering with Legal and Finance teams for contracts and project spending.
- Manages UCC filings, oven and equipment bill of sale contracts in partnership with Legal and Finance Teams.
- Manage parts and equipment warranty claims in partnership with Facilities Managers.
- Organizing and maintaining a project filing system
- Participate in a weekly meeting to update the team of project status. Be able to supply answers to specific questions on each project in your area of responsibility
Experience
- Two year college degree or equivalent years of industry experience in Design, Equipment Procurement and/or Supply Chain project assistance.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Requires extensive written and verbal communication skills
- Requires proficiency in MS Office
- Requires strong project management skills
- Requires taking initiative in accurate project completion.
- Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams
- Proficient interpreter of plans & written specifications
- Requires knowledge of industry related regulatory agencies
