General Manager



Papa John's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to manage all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure that quality customer service and products are being delivered to our customers. We are looking for active, motivated people in the restaurant world with pizza or equivalent experience. We are looking for leaders! Successful candidates should demonstrate exemplary operational skills, good judgment, be customer-focused and a team-oriented leader.

You are responsible for all the key elements of running a profitable restaurant. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, staffing, scheduling, and customer relations. This person will ensure customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to all company standards. You set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Other responsibilities: Staffing, Paperwork, Food management, Scheduling, Cash control, Perfect image and adherence to standards, Training, Great Customer service, Store cleanliness, Attendance & punctuality, Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work with phones, computers, keyboards, touch screens, and fax machines.
• Basic accounting, math, and cash management skills.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior Papa John's work experience a plus.
• Above all, you must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and committed to great customer service.
