HFM Engineer

Job Summary

The HFM Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems to support the accounting and finance functions of Papa John’s International operations. The current products include HFM, Essbase, EPMA, FDMEE, Financial Reports and Workspace. A project to transition to the cloud products Oracle Planning and FCCS and related suite of products is in progress. The HFM Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of the close process supporting accounting and finance including maintenance, security, data loads, balancing controls and other duties required. Work as a partner with accounting and finance related to accounting issues to identify and provide financial systems solutions. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance and support for HFM, EPMA, FDMEE, Financial Reporting, SmartView and other financial systems assigned

  • Lead the implementation of Metadata change requests from users in a timely manner

  • Implement and process reporting changes as requested

  • Develop and provide comprehensive HFM training to new and existing users

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the HFM applications

  • Participate in transitioning to an Oracle Cloud solution

  • Manage and ensure the financial data is loaded properly to HFM (monthly) and all validation checks are performed correctly

  • Coordinate user account creation and adjustments

  • Provide primary technical support
