HR Technical Support - Temporary

THIS IS A CORPORATE POSITION

We're looking for a customer service-oriented HR Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to our team members regarding Workday, our HR system. You will be on the front lines٫ and it will be your job to make sure team member issues get resolved and the customer is satisfied.

To be successful, you must have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to analyze incoming issues or questions and follow through to resolution. You should be able to record detailed accounts of actions taken to resolve an issue, and have the ability to manage a wide range of issues simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, investigate and resolve tickets related to our HRIS system, Workday
  • Provide first level contact and communicate resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved questions to the next level of support
  • Use excellent customer service skills to exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording٫ documentation٫ and closure of issues using our service desk software
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security standards and policies
  • Assist with data entry as needed on various projects

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
