Mgr Transformation Projects



The Manager, Transformation Projects is responsible for coordinating stra t egic business cases as well as cross-functional projects across the enterprise. He/she ensures projects, programs, and newly submitted business cases align to, support, and help drive Papa John's strategy. These transformation initiatives will be conceived at the highest levels of the organization and will have visibility at that level.

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring alignment to the media and co r porate strategy
  • Advise, direct and coordinate projects that require practical experience, theoretical understanding, and technical knowledge in business s trategy
    • Act as the single point of contact for the coordination of a complex set of workstreams/projects concurrently as well as integrate change management strategies where applicable
    • Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize negative effects on a project. This includes developing and maintaining risk registers
    • Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation. This includes quality assurance plans, checklists, approval sheets for deliverables, comment trackers, etc.
    • Draft recommendations based on observation, leadership development best practices, and research
    • Draft reports and slide briefings for executive leadership ; d evelop and facilitate leadership training sessions
