Receptionist II


Work Hours: 8AM – 5PM/Monday – Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first impression of our business, welcoming our team members and visitors with an upbeat, pleasant attitude and maintaining a welcoming presence while notifying the appropriate contact of their arrival
  • Multitasking expert with limitless patience and exceptional organizational skills!
  • Answer and direct calls to their proper destination
  • Assist with catering setup
  • Manage the guest sign-in and assist with visitor badges for office security; request, activate and distribute badges and parking passes to new team members
  • Assist team members with shipping, receiving and distribution of packages, forwarding mail to other offices, and tracking mail/packages – which includes overseeing daily incoming & outgoing mail from downstairs mailroom
  • Maintain inventory and cleanliness of all break rooms, conference rooms and reception area; order and distribute supplies
  • Maintain seating charts
  • Help organize catering, schedule conference room
  • Backup support for mailroom functions
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Previous reception/administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Dependable with strong work ethic – consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Accurate Data Entry Skills
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs without assistance
