Sr Manager Aggregators



The Sr. Manager, Aggregators/New Channels is accountable for building Papa John's sales and brand equity by leading key customer initiatives through third party channels, including sales placed on aggregator channels, orders delivered by aggregators, and new innovative initiatives made possible through these partnerships. He/she is responsible for leading all product, feature and functionality enhancements related to third party partnerships. He/she will serve as the voice of the customer and function as the conduit between business goals and cross-functional execution (tech, marketing, ops, etc.) for New Channels and Third-Party Delivery partners. He/she must ensure the product(s) effectively address user needs while also maintaining technical integrity and quality. He/she will play a key role in the customer experience transformation currently underway

  • Lead execution of strategies to increase transactions, ticket, restaurant and Papa John's International (PJI) profit throughthird party channels
  • Provide subject matter expertise & oversee the execution including channel specific regulations and industry best practices driving towards a best-in-class experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of consumer, market, and competitive trends and activities so that future technologies can be leveraged
  • Understand consumer needs and internal stakeholder priorities to define business and digital product objectives
  • Drive insights via user feedback, competitive research, industry best practices and digital product analysis
  • Lead the creation, management, and prioritization of the product roadmap, features and backlog in order to drive release planning for the technology, engineering & insights teams
  • Facilitate and maintain a strategy and roadmap for the Product(s) within the Aggregator and New Sales Channel space; manage the customer-centric documentation (user stories/features/requirements) for the digital roadmap and product backlog
  • Coordinate with all cross-functional support groups including Creative Services/Brand, Media, Legal, Operations and Technology & Analytics

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5 years of proven understanding of digital technology and applying solutions to business strategy
  • Product management experience preferred
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations preferred
