Job Summary
The Coordinator Supply Chain Support Systems is responsible to lead and coordinate all service systems within the Supply Chain Customer Service model; while supporting technical aspects including item management/pricing, order management, and communication system.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
- Work with cross functional teams across PJI to coordinate projects, activities to resolve customer service-related needs
- Responsible for executing projects and assignments to enhance or improve overall customer service experience
- Develop and execute KPI reporting in coordination with multiple data sources
- Maintain buying agreements and pricing management for domestic and international store locations
- Maintain route change process and delivery schedules for restaurants
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Team and QCC’s new store setups including location reviews, QCC and route assignment
- Identify trends/opportunities, propose possible resolutions, and coordinate implementation with other departments
- Accountable for inventory item management; including new item set up, cross reference functionality and cost update rollup for Finance in multiple systems
- Refine and maintain order validation processes
- Provide reporting and analytics for various Supply Chain groups
- Create, approve and assist in distribution of customer communications including but not limited to memos, electronic messages and templates
- Assist CX call center team when necessary
