Facilities Services Provider

Job Summary

The Facilities Services Provider is responsible for protecting the health and safety of PJI team members by ensuring PJI’s headquarters is cleaned and sanitized. This role ensures the cleanliness and safety of PJI’s corporate office building.   

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and stocking of restrooms, office areas, break areas, entrances, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, outside break areas and any other assigned areas as necessary  

• Collect and separate recycled materials   

• Remove trash, including all garbage cans that are not emptied by departments  

• Inventory, stock and organize utility room supplies  

• Clean refrigerators in break rooms  

• Clean lower-level windows inside and outside as necessary  

• Notify Maintenance of any malfunctioning toilets, lights, equipment or other building maintenance issues  

• Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors as necessary
