Job Summary

This role will support the execution of the Integrated Marketing Plan to realize business objectives. This role will be highly collaborative and includes responsibilities ranging from project management and timeline development, to developing system communications, to maintaining regular routines and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties as Assigned):

· Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain the Integrated Marketing Calendar as source of truth for communication plans across all channels

· Assist with national calendar development, working cross-functionally to proactively work through roadblocks, determine implications for changes, and educate the larger cross-functional organization on our upcoming plans

· Develop & manage commercialization timelines (workback schedules) for national promotions

· Lead weekly calendar & innovation status meeting (Action Team), capturing notes & key takeaways and cascading to the cross-functional team

· Plan, write, and oversee all marketing & digital system communications across various communication channels and tailor them based on each audience

· Laisse with internal communications team to develop & deploy communications to franchisees & general managers related to calendar updates, changes, or news according to regularly scheduled cadences (and one-off instances, as needed)

· Support calendar and content for FAC Marketing Subcommittee meetings, ensuring we bring the right information through for alignment at the right time

· Oversee planning & execution of quarterly Facts & Snacks presentations to educate the larger company on the strategy behind the products

Experience & Qualifications

· 1-2 years minimum experience in marketing, communications, or project management positions

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred

· Ability to travel up to 25%
