Papa Johns Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers as we continue to grow and add more stores in Central Florida!

Responsibilities:-
Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Train and supervise store employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of merchandise
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with the manager to achieve sales targets and meet financial goals
Requirements:
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with retail math calculations
- Proficient in phone etiquette, with clear communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and performing clerk duties
- Previous experience in team management or leadership roles is desirable
- Must be 18 yo or older
