Your Playbook for Success:

As a General Manager, you’ll be the quarterback of your store, ensuring every shift is a win. You’ll:

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee everything from quality control to team performance.

What You’ll Need to Lead:

• Experience: Restaurant management or supervisory experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications: Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred.
• Stamina: Comfortable lifting 25 lbs. and standing throughout your shift.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and restaurant tech.
• Availability: Able to work nights and weekends.
