Your Role on the Team:
As a Shift Leader, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding service and quality.
- Manage shift operations, including customer relations, driver dispatch, product quality, inventory control, and profitability.
- Gain leadership skills and valuable experience to advance your career.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certification: Serv-Safe or Local/State Food Service Certification preferred.
- Passion: A love for quality, a mind for business, and a heart for treating others well.
