Job Summary

The Innovation Insights Manager at Papa Johns will be a key member of the Consumer Insights team, responsible for gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that enhance our understanding of consumer preferences, behaviors, and market trendsYou will leverage consumer insights to successfully meet evolving guest needs that drive Papa Johns business objectives and brand love 

 

You will champion the consumer voice through menu strategy, innovation pipeline, Stage Gate and New Product Development processes, marketing strategies, and overall business growth. This role requires a passion for guest and menu insights and analytics, strong communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to translate findings into strategic recommendations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teamsMenu Strategy, Culinary, Operations, Business Analytics, and Digital Customer Experience to foster consumer-first and data-driven decisions. 

  • Design and implement research studies, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Develop surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools to gather relevant consumer insights throughout the Stage Gate process. 

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, user analytics, and market research, to identify insights and tell integrated, influential consumer narratives. 

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer feedback, reviews, competitive insights and social media sentiment to uncover deep customer preferences and satisfaction insights. 

  • Develop and present impactful insights through clear and compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards. 

  • Continually monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform research strategies and methodologies and elevate Consumer Insights. 

  • Support the evaluation of new research tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Consumer Insights function.
