Operations Manager

Assistant to  leadership 

• This position will require emails and telephone calls to be made regularly on behalf of leadership.
• We are looking for someone with great communication skills, organization and computer skills. Competent with excel. Customer service is a must 
• This position will require building Profit and Loss statements on a weekly basis.
• This position will require ongoing to do lists that must be updated regularly 
• This position will require constant communication and follow ups with multi unit supervisors on tasks for their locations
• This position will require reaching out to customers on behalf of the organization to resolve any store level complaints 
• There will be some light marketing calls required
