Principal Product Owner

Job Summary
The Principal Product Owner is a senior individual contributor role responsible for executing the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating, validating and measuring product releases. This role partners closely with product managers, engineering, UX design and other stakeholders to prioritize high-impact initiatives and optimize the digital customer experience.      
          
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

• Execute on the overall product vision for the digital ordering platform.

• Drive and maintain a Product Community of Practice across domain teams with other Product Owners, and advocate and evangelize product best practices, Agile methodologies and experimentation.

• Act as the primary liaison between product managers, cross-functional stakeholders and development teams.

• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and requirements.

• Work with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories.

• Conduct user research, analyze data, and refine requirements based on customer feedback.

• Establish best practices for Agile methodology and own scrum ceremonies

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

• Optimize ordering workflows, checkout processes, and other key user interactions.

• Analyze customer feedback, business data, and market trends to inform decision-making.

• Drive and guide a community of practice for other Product Owners.

• Help establish and track KPIs and measure the success of product features
