Job Summary
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, utilizing a deep understanding of both technical domains and project management methodologies to navigate challenges and drive project completion.

Duties & Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

•    Project Planning and Execution:

      o    Manage the entire delivery process, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality control.
      o    Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
•    Technical Expertise:
      o    Provide guidance on technical decision-making and problem-solving.
      o    Ensure the use of best practices and innovative solutions in project execution.
•    Stakeholder Communication:
      o    Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments.
      o    Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
•    Agile Methodology:
      o    Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement within the development team.
      o    Implement and manage Agile processes to enhance project delivery.
•    Performance Monitoring:
      o    Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to maintain delivery on schedule and within budget.
      o    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status.

Education, Experience & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management or a related field.

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects.

Functional Skills    

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and development practices.
