Job Summary
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, utilizing a deep understanding of both technical domains and project management methodologies to navigate challenges and drive project completion.
Duties & Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
• Project Planning and Execution:
o Manage the entire delivery process, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality control.
o Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Technical Expertise:
o Provide guidance on technical decision-making and problem-solving.
o Ensure the use of best practices and innovative solutions in project execution.
• Stakeholder Communication:
o Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments.
o Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
• Agile Methodology:
o Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement within the development team.
o Implement and manage Agile processes to enhance project delivery.
• Performance Monitoring:
o Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to maintain delivery on schedule and within budget.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status.
Education, Experience & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management or a related field.
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects.
Functional Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and development practices.
