Job Summary
The Distribution Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, modeling and reporting on data and metrics focused on transforming the supply chain service network within a vertically integrated supply chain to optimize performance, reduce restaurant-level cost structures, and enhance operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
Analyze distribution KPIs (fill rate, on-time delivery, route efficiency, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, etc.)
Identify trends, gaps, and root causes of performance issues
Support cycle count and audit preparation
Support peak planning and seasonal volume forecasting
Track labor hours vs. volume
Measure cases per labor hour(CPLH)
Support workforce planning and scheduling analysis
Support SOP development and adherence tracking
Partner with operations to implement corrective actions
Translate data into operational language for frontline leaders
Ensure documentation supports inventory and operational standards
Monitor compliance with SOPs
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams across logistics, procurement, distribution, QCC Operations, engineering, restaurant operations, development, finance, IT and supply partners to develop and align on innovative, scalable supply chain solutions.
Data-Driven Analysis: Drive data analysis and modeling to evaluate service network performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
Technology Management: Create data reports as needed to support projects
Stakeholder Engagement: Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization.
Performance Metrics / Results Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators to measure impact on restaurant cost structure, service levels, and supply chain resilience.
Change Management: Champion adoption of new processes and tools through strong communication, training support, and alignment with restaurant operations leaders.
