Job Summary
The Local Marketing Representative (LMR) is responsible to drive corporate restaurant sales, orders, and ticket average within assigned territory by planning and executing strategic and proven local store marketing initiatives, community events, in-store promotions, and operator incentive contests. Establish, build, and grow the Papa Johns brand in each community by establishing relationships with area schools, businesses, sports teams, and other identified local trade area opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
Act as primary resource and subject matter expert for Local Store Marketing (LSM) techniques and sales building initiatives within assigned territory.
Lead, coach, and guide restaurant managers on local marketing initiatives identified in the Local Store Marketing playbook with hands-on training.
Build and manage strategic relationships with community organizations, schools and civic partners to execute local programs, strengthen brand presence and drive incremental sales within assigned markets.
Act as a point of contact in coordinating all localized public relations campaigns to include sponsorships, fundraising programs, and charitable endeavors.
Track, analyze and report return on ad spend for all local activations.
Plan, execute and optimize field activation strategies that drive brand visibility, sales impact and partnership integration at the local level across new restaurant openings, sports partnerships, community events and promotional programs.
Provide timely communication, fundraiser results, and upcoming sales initiatives to community partners, team-members, and leadership.
Oversee deployment of local promotional offers, eDeals and eCRM campaigns
Develop localized marketing materials as needed in alignment with brand standards in partnership with field marketing, legal and creative teams
Approximately 15% travel required for in-market business reviews, general manager meetings, scheduled community events, etc.
Provide timely and accurate completion of any administrative work requested by supervisor, including expense reporting, and performance summaries.
