- Run the Show: Supervise shifts to ensure every pizza is perfect and every customer leaves happy.
- Quality Boss: From dough management to portioning, you’ll lead by example at every station.
- Team Captain: Keep the energy high, manage shift coverage, and provide real-time coaching to the crew.
- Master of Operations: Handle the "business side"—cash management, inventory tracking, and hitting those profit goals using our FOCUS system.
- Problem Solver: Handle customer needs with grace and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for action.
The "Key Ingredients" (What You Bring)
- The Experience: Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred—you know how a kitchen hums!
- The Skills: You’re organized, a great communicator, and a pro at handling cash.
- The Vibe: Positive, adaptable, and ready to uphold our core values every single shift.
- The Credentials: HS Diploma/GED and a Food Service Certification (like Serv-Safe) are a big plus.
