What You’ll Do

As a Shift Leader, you’ll help run the restaurant during your shift and set the tone for the entire team. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating team members
  • Ensuring outstanding product quality and customer service
  • Managing driver dispatch and shift operations
  • Assisting with inventory and food safety standards
  • Supporting profitability and overall store performance
  • Handling day-to-day operational challenges with professionalism and urgency

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, communicates well with others, and enjoys leading a team in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant Shift Lead or management experience required
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • ServSafe or local/state Food Service Certification preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
