Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements. Assist with the design, test, and implementation of new systems and existing system enhancements. Using basic research, analytical, and problem solving skills the business analyst will assist in identifying and resolving production issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead business process redesign and assist in implementing solutions. This includes setting priorities and preparing functional flow diagrams/maps and other documents to capture departmental standards, processes and methodologies.
Recommend, test, train, document, implement and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to various systems.
Participate in or lead project cross-functional project teams.
Participate in the design, creation and maintenance of the Back Office and Enterprise Systems products and activities.
Work with leadership to develop strategies to support Company needs.
Serve as liaison between department and internal client groups, other department and vendors.
Train department on system access and utilization, including report writing.
Education, Experience & Certifications
Associate degree, or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor’s degree desired, preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration.
5+ years experience with large enterprise systems
Hands on experience with system implementation required.
Vendor management experience preferred.
