**Job Overview:**
Join the Papa John's family as a Team Member and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality pizza and exceptional customer service. As a vital member of our store, you will help create a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers by preparing delicious food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service:** Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and provide information about menu items and promotions. Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- **Food Preparation:** Assist with the preparation of pizzas, sides, and other menu items according to Papa John’s recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality and consistent products.
- **Cash Handling:** Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly. Ensure that all payments are processed correctly and efficiently.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Regularly clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and operations during peak times. Assist in training new employees as needed.
- **Inventory Management:** Help with inventory counts and stock management, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are replenished as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
